Heli people,
I have got a Gaui 365 flybarless unit for my 450 and i cant seem to get ti set up, when ever i think its right i take it out to the field and it just wont fly.
Have any of you got any experience with this unit and would you be willing to offer assistance.
Thanks
Gareth

Yes, what you need to do is remove the unit, place it in a bucket of salt water for 15 minutes then take it out and stamp on it repeatedly, before covering it in lighter fluid and setting it on fire. Then get a flybar and some paddles and the 450 will fly fine.
The other alternative is ask Titu, Raj, or Cliff as they are way more familiar with the FBL Voo doo than me!

I still have the Flybar and original head sitting about but the Real Airwolf didn't have a flybar so the model of it shouldn't either (but if i get in to that then, the blades spin the wrong way and the tail rotor is on the wrong side).
I will bring it down and keep my eyes out for an expert.
Thanks for the advice, i was almost at the point of trying that out (heard it on other forums as well).

Gareth,
YOu may want to try one of the other flybarless units, like the Align 3G or the BeastX, I have used both on my trex 450 Pro and they work a treat. The guai one is an older model to the newer units and can be quite ricky to set-up and get working right.

Bring the heli down and i'll get it flying for you! The Gu-365 is a good unit and very reliable and been around alot longer then most flybarless units, not bad for the price. All it takes is a little dialing in. As far as i know the unit has never had any bad press about it unlike the Align 3G which does funny things on its own, thats why i took it off my Trex 700 cause I didn't trust it nor do alot of other 3D align pilots
. I finanly got it working and i have it working in my GAUI 550 doing hard 3D and its solid so would be perfect for your scale...plus i also used the Gu-365 in my Scale MD500 (trex 450) and it flew nice.
GU-365 doing 3D!
