Tri-Club Competition Results

Today a core group of masochists enthusiasts braved windy conditions to compete at SRCMC in the third and final tri-club competition of the year.  To be fair, most competitors were from West London and Wycombe clubs, but a couple of Slough members held our end up!

Despite the threatening looking clouds, only a very few light rain drops chose to fall - the wind being the bigger problem:



Two events were run, "Triple Thrash" in which 3 loops, 3 rolls and 3 spins must be flown against the clock and "Taxi Race", timed navigation of a slalom course at ground level.  Results are below:



All participants agreed that the competition season had been a success, with cross-club ties being formed and some thrills and spills along the way.  Roll on next year....

Thanks Chris for organising our end of the comp, it has been good to see other clubs fields, and to meet other RC flying enthusiasts.

Thank you Chris for sorting it out, it was a good comp. I would love to do this again next year, perhaps we can get more members out from slough. I like the format and it was great meeting up with other clubs.
