Andy,  Launch ramp now at 9.5 degrees,  THe cord was altered some time ago, after your previous comments and is adjustable or can simply be cut and shortened to your spec.   THe pedal needs stiffening ( may do that soon) though I gather it works with the pin reversal mod that you did.
